2. Objective:

- Research the theoretical basis for developing self-study capacity and applying IT in developing self-study capacity for students;

- Assess the current status of developing self-study capacity, structure self-study capacity and design a toolkit to assess self-study capacity for students in remote areas in the context of Covid - 19 epidemic prevention;

- Implement 02 solutions to develop self-study capacity for students in remote areas at universities in the Northern mountainous region.

- Pedagogical experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of the two proposed measures.
