In implementation of Plan No. 34-KH/BDVTU dated March 20, 2026, issued by the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen University organized a series of awareness-raising conferences to encourage learners to actively participate in crime prevention, the fight against social evils, and the prevention of illegal religious proselytizing activities.

According to the plan, Thai Nguyen University is organizing six awareness-raising conferences at six member institutions, attracting the participation of more than 14,000 students and trainees from its member universities and colleges.

The conferences focus on disseminating information related to crime prevention, social evils, and illegal religious propagation activities. In addition, participants are provided with knowledge about Vietnam’s seas and islands, highlighting their strategic position, role, and significance in the cause of national construction and defense. The conferences also introduce notable achievements in safeguarding national maritime sovereignty by the Vietnam People's Navy. Through these activities, the University aims to foster patriotism, strengthen national pride, and enhance young people's sense of responsibility in protecting the sacred sovereignty of the nation.

The conferences are conducted through oral presentations combined with videos and visual materials to enhance effectiveness and engagement. Speakers deliver specialized topics while flexibly applying appropriate communication methods to improve students’ understanding and reception of information.

These conferences contributes to building a safe, healthy, and disciplined educational environment, while enhancing learners’ political awareness, law-abiding consciousness, and civic responsibility throughout Thai Nguyen University.
