6. Transfer method, application address, impact and benefits of research results.

6.1. Transfer method

- Chloroplast DNA marker is a candidate DNA barcode in the identification of the species of Asparagus cochinchinensis transferred to research and training facilities for use in research and teaching purposes.

- In vitro propagation process transferred to facilities researching and conserving medicinal plants. The process of hairy root induction and root biomass propagation transferred to facilities processing and exploiting compounds from medicinal plants.

- Samples of isolated compounds and biological activity values, isolation process of substances can be transferred to pharmaceutical production facilities nationwide and in Thai Nguyen.

6.2. Application address

The research results of the topic will be applied at training and scientific research facilities of Thai Nguyen University in the direction of developing scientific human resources, in research on conservation and exploitation of medicinal plants. The application addresses include:

i) Biology and Biotechnology laboratories of member universities, Institute of Life Sciences, Mountainous Forestry Research Institute of Thai Nguyen University.

ii) Strengthening the capacity to apply modern biotechnology in research and training of the University of Education, University of Science, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Agriculture and Forestry of Thai Nguyen University. The topic contributes to creating conditions for young cadres and students to participate in scientific research, creating products to serve the socio-economic development of the midland and mountainous regions of the North. Contributing to the effective use of the research equipment system of the University of Education, universities and research institutes of Thai Nguyen University.

iii) Create conditions for training development in Biotechnology, Genetics, Experimental Biology, and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Education and other member universities of Thai Nguyen University.

6.3. Impact and benefits of research results

6.3.1. For the field of education and training

Regarding training, the results of the topic will enhance the capacity and skills of applying modern Biotechnology, updating modern knowledge for lecturers of higher education institutions related to Biology and Biotechnology of Thai Nguyen University.

Regarding training, graduate students, master's students, and students conducting experiments in the topic will have access to new technology, practice research and experimental skills to serve future professional practice. Implementing the topic and research results contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of training and scientific research in the field of biology and biotechnology of universities under Thai Nguyen University. At the same time, it is a link between theoretical learning and practice and applying advances in modern biotechnology in practical conditions in Vietnam. The topic contributes to training highly qualified staff, masters, and doctors.

6.3.2. For related fields of science and technology

The research results of the topic and the in vitro culture processes, creating hairy roots will be the basis for applying research on conservation, exploitation, and collection of medicinal substances from other medicinal plants.

6.3.3. For socio-economic development

The results of the research on the chloroplast genome, biological activity, and induction of hairy roots of the Thien Ly Huong plant are the basis for the effective exploitation and use of this precious medicinal plant. The research results of the topic open up the prospect of applying plant cell technology in breeding and conserving the genetic resources of precious medicinal plants in Vietnam.

The results of the research contribute to the common effort in finding targeted therapies, helping cancer patients prolong their lives and improve their quality of life, contributing to social security.

6.3.4. For the host organization and the facilities applying the research results

This research will contribute to enhancing the research capacity of the lecturers of the College of Education under Thai Nguyen University, contributing to enhancing the reputation of the training and scientific research of the University and increasing the brand of the University through international publications. Promote basic scientific research in specialized fields of biotechnology, biochemistry, and immunology.
